Jay was one of the top trainers at our club, and this was largely due to his professional manner, work ethics, knowledge and passion for fitness. Jay was the dry land trainer for the Blue Fins swim team, and showed immense knowledge in regards to the training plan and injury prevention/rehab. Jay also worked with several handicapped youths, which requires specialized knowledge and a caring personality. Jay worked as a Personal Trainer under my supervision at Power Zone Fitness Centre in Georgetown, Ontario from June 2008 until spring of 2010. Jay was considered the clubs’ top Personal Trainer leading our established Halton Hills Blue Fins swim team in team training and playing an integral part in leading the team training for Georgetown Minor Hockey Association (GMHA). Outside of his busy schedule with team training Jay trained many clients with a variety of needs ranging from handicapped, elderly, athletes and clients wishing to improve their health.
