In November of 2006, after months of thinking about it, I decided to do something about my weight and physical condition. Grant Hernden was highly recommended and agreed to work with me. With his emphasis on correct nutrition and proper exercising, I was able to lose approximately twenty-five pounds and five inches from my waist in the first year. I have been on a maintenance program ever since. I can honestly say that I have never felt better. Recently I had the misfortune to hospitalized with a very severe respiratory disease. Fortunately I am well on the road to recovery. However, I think that it is noteworthy that several of the doctors who were treating me remarked that my physical conditioning had a significant part in me being able to overcome the disease. – Bill
During my last few years at university, I found that I was consistently tired and lacked motivation to do routine jobs. I had never really worked out before. After I began to work out and change my diet, I noticed some very positive changes. I quickly noticed that I could do routine jobs with ease. I now use stairs more instead of the elevator. I park my car further away in a parking lot and walk a bit further. Overall, I am very happy that I began working out on a regular basis and have the consistent back up from a professional such as Grant. – Jim
I really enjoy the workouts, especially being able to do them at home. As I age, I have found that I'm having trouble with my knees. After watching your workout DVDs, I realized that I was doing lunges incorrectly, causing my knees to ache and feel seized up. Now that I'm going them properly, my knees no longer hurt and I'm strengthening the muscles around them. I also feel like I'm re-building my endurance, becoming more flexible and toning my muscles without stiffness, soreness or injuries. A job well done! – Brenda
