With a background as a former Ballet and Tango dancer, she seamlessly integrates her diverse knowledge into her practice. For 25 years, Dr. Markondes has dedicated her studies to innovative fascial system training principles, focusing on injury prevention, athletes' and dancers' performance, rehabilitation, and overall well-being. Kevin Duguay, Dip. Health Sciences and Athletic Training, CPTN-CPRCS

Kevin Duguay is a 40-year veteran of the Sports Medicine field and a recipient of the Cooper Canada Award for Outstanding Achievement. He is a Sports Rehabilitation Specialist who has worked as the Head Athletic Therapist for a wide range of professional and amateur teams. Kevin was a professor at various Ontario colleges, currently presents lectures nationwide, and is a CPTN course conductor for the CPTN Post-Rehabilitation and Conditioning courses.

Karsten Jensen is a periodization coach and expert who has helped world-class and Olympic-level athletes from 26 different sports, many of whom have won Olympic medals, European Championships, World Championships, and ATP Tournaments. Ken Kinakin, DC, CSCS

Dr. Ken Kinakin founded the Society of Weight-Training Injury Specialists – SWIS, which educates and certifies doctors, therapists and personal trainers in exercise muscle testing, rehabilitation and treatment of weight training injuries. He has also competed in bodybuilding and powerlifting for over 40 years and has set national and world records. Ashley Noonan, BPHE,BEd, MACP (Candidate)

Ashley is a passionate Psychotherapist (qualifying), Trauma-informed Yoga Instructor, and athlete. With a background in competitive sports, Ashley grew up playing and excelling in ice hockey and soccer. She completed her Honours Bachelor of Physical Education and Health and her Bachelor of Education at the University of Toronto while deepening her interest in personal training and weight-lifting. During these years, Ashley struggled with her mental health but often felt ashamed. She began to attend therapy for support with mood, eating disorders and complex trauma while she researched a lot about trauma. These experiences and healing made Ashley feel determined to become a therapist, hoping to help others find peace within themselves and create self-led lives. Ashley is now completing her Psychotherapy internship and is available to work with clients one-on-one.

Jodi Robinson is a registered dietitian and former fitness professional who works for Loblaw Inc. and runs a private practice, Craving Health Dietitian & Wellness Services in northern Ontario. She specializes in helping busy people find simple and realistic healthy lifestyle solutions with a focus on nutrition for weight management using a non-dieting approach, physical activity, disordered eating, and diabetes. Cody Sipe, PhD

For 30 years, Dr. Cody Sipe has been a professor, global educator, author, award-winning fitness professional and industry leader with advanced expertise in functional exercise for older adults. He co-founded the Functional Aging Institute and created the Functional Aging Specialist certification and the Ageless Fitness Program.
