Margaret Iutzi has years of experience as a personal trainer and a lifelong commitment to fitness and health which includes both her own physical training and her professional development. My experience with her was very positive. She listens well to her clients’ needs and expectations but she also knows how to raise the bar–how to motivate and inspire. I highly recommend her services–you will not be disappointed. – Leslie M.
The work I do for a living is physically demanding and at age 63 I need to stay fit so that I can do the work and do it without exhausting myself or getting hurt. When I was younger I had a gym membership and I learned about body building and conditioning. Recently I acquired some workout equipment but my fitness goals have changed. I needed advice on adapting my workout to suit my changed goals. Margaret worked with me, watching my routines, how I grouped exercises, and how I performed each exercise. She offered excellent advice based on her knowledge of physiology and her experience as a personal trainer so that I could derive the maximum benefits from the time and effort I put into my workouts. She tailored her advice to my age and my personal goals. My workouts now help me maintain the strength, flexibility, and stamina I need to do my work. – Barry W.
