CPTN Conference 2015 Online Registration (Closed)

You can register online using the Conference 2015 Online Registration Form or offline using the Conference 2015 Print Registration Form (PDF, 666KB). Please refer the Conference 2015 Schedule or the Conference 2015 Brochure (PDF, 2.6MB) for the Conference 2015 Session Information before registering.

Session Selection

Sessions for the Conference day are divided into five time slots. Only one session per time slot can be assigned to a registrant. On your completed session selection you may indicate your order of preference (1st, 2nd, 3rd) for each time slot in case you are unable to receive your first choice. This is done by filling in the last digit of the session code (session codes precede the session names). Session distribution is determined on a first-come first-serve basis. Register early!

Wristband and Ticket Policy

Wristbands must be worn by all conference delegates for the entire day. They are your proof of conference registration and allow official access to the session rooms. Wristbands and applicable session badge must be shown at the entrance to each session room. A $75 CAD fee will be charged and picture ID will be required to replace a lost or removed wristband. The sessions schedule must be provided to monitor at each room to receive a verification stamp. Only sessions with stamps will be recognized for continuing education credits.

Continuing Education Credits

The 2015 CPTN Conference has been preapproved for CECs with CPTN, CSEP, NSCA and OFC. All Conference delegates will receive a certificate of attendance.

Cancellation or Change of Speakers

CPTN reserves the right to cancel or change speakers due to unforeseen circumstances.
