Focus on range of motion assessments, postural analysis, common musculoskeletal injuries, repetitive strain injuries, stretching methods, strengthening techniques, case studies, and program design.
Upper Body course:

- Knee and Ankle
Recommended Pre-requisites:
- Functional Anatomy workshop or strong understanding of Anatomy, Muscle actions and joint movements.

Kevin Duguay, CAT (C)
Kevin is a Certified Athletic Therapist who has been practicing and teaching sports medicine for more than twenty years, during which time he has been the head athletic therapist for: the Toronto Argonauts of the Canadian Football League (CFL), the Nova Scotia Oilers of the American Hockey League (AHL), the University of Toronto Varsity Hockey and Football Teams, the Kitchener Rangers of the Ontario Hockey League (OHL), the Canadian National Soccer Program, for the World Cup and Under 17 Teams.
