Certification Renewal Online

We have updated the requirements for Certification renewal to provide a simplified approach to online renewal. You require 7 CECs to renew for 1 year or 14 CECs to renew for 2 years. One hour of continuing education equals 1 CPTN CEC. You can use a scanner or photocopier to produce copies of the original documents. In the event of a random audit, copies of all CEC documents including CPR and First Aid information will be required for submission to CPTN.

Trainer Consultation

We have created a Trainer consultation form to replace e-mail addresses and to enhance how Trainers are contacted for consultations. This form will allow clients to submit a request for consultation to a Trainer on one of their listed specialties. Trainers will receive an e-mail with the clients information and suggestions on how to respond to such a request. It is advised that Trainers do not provide consultations for subjects not listed. Your public profile e-mail addresses are no longer visible online and is protected from spam bots and web crawlers that harvest e-mail addresses.
