CPTN Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning Specialist (CPTN-PRCS)
The CPTN Post Rehabilitation Conditioning Specialist exam is the final step required to become a CPTN Certified Post Rehabilitation Specialist. The online exam consists of 42 multiple choice, 10 true/false and 28 short answer questions based on the material discussed during the CPTN Post-Rehabilitation Conditioning Specialist courses – Upper Body and Lower Body. The exam is 120 minutes (2 hours) in duration. A grade of 80% must be attained to achieve a passing mark.
CPTN Certified Personal Trainer candidates must possess the following:
- Must be an adult age 18 or older
- Current CPR and First Aid
- Certified Personal Trainer
- Successful completion of both the CPTN Post-Rehabilitation Upper Body and Lower Body workshops.
Post-Rehabilitation Functional Training: Upper Body (14 hours)
Focus on range of motion assessments, postural analysis, common musculoskeletal injuries, repetitive strain injuries, stretching methods, strengthening techniques, case studies and program design.
